The major renovation of this property located at the heart of Wellesley Farms transformed this small house into a transitional home style residence with a beautiful complex of different ambient surrounded by a beautiful garden.
The house had to endure the appeal process for the approval of an addition in the home's rear for a two-car garage and a completely new second floor with 10-foot ceiling height. We maintained the look of the classic stucco exterior but completely redid it with new materials. The company also redesigned the entire interior to modernize the design with stainless-steel components, a walnut floor, and two fireplaces.
A new patio entertainment area with fireplace, a barbecue grill embedded in a counter-top, and a gas fire pit surrounded by seating and hangout areas built integrating and gave an Italian Tuscany feeling to the patio.
The house received a new kitchen, and the company also designed, built, and installed a beautiful cabinet /chest in the dining area.
